Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating and managing travel arrangements for clients, including accommodations, and transport
2. Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
3. Prepare and maintain detailed records and documentation for all travel bookings
4. Support the operations team in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during travel
5. Utilize MS-Office tools, particularly MS-Word, to create and update travel itineraries
6. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide the best travel solutions for our clients
