Senior PHP Developer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the Laravel framework
2. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services
3. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
4. Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient database design and query optimization
5. Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and continuous integration
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing phases
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and incorporate them into our projects
8. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong focus on Laravel framework
3. Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications
4. Solid understanding of MySQL database management and optimization techniques
5. Experience with version control systems such as Git
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
9. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
10. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred

Additional Skills:

1. Must have knowledge of MySQL & PostgreSQL
2. Good Knowledge of HTML, PHP Frameworks (like CI, Laravel, YII), Core PHP, JavaScript, and CSS coding
3. Knowledge of Bitbucket/GitHub
4. Strong hands-on Bootstrap
5. Knowledge of databases and database concepts
6. Strong knowledge of Laravel/CodeIgniter and its extensive feature set
7. Working Knowledge of e-commerce frameworks like OpenCart, WordPress, cs-cart, Magento
8. Working knowledge of API for Mobile Applications
9. Experience in Cache, and search plugins in terms of optimization
10. Developing plug-ins/add-ons in PHP for various CMS solutions
