About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive app marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the app market.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and sales, to align marketing strategies with product goals.
4. Manage and optimize app store listings (ASO) to increase visibility and downloads.
5. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, social media, email, and in-app promotions.
6. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform and refine strategies.
7. Work closely with the product development team to ensure that user feedback and market trends are incorporated into the product roadmap.
8. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in app marketing and mobile technology.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. 5 to 7 years of experience as a Product Manager in an app-based company, with a strong focus on app marketing.

2. Strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO) and mobile marketing strategies.

3. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads.

4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

5. Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.

7. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Annual CTC: ₹ 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 /year
