Key responsibilities:

1. Develop responsive user interface components using React.js
2. Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into code
3. Optimize applications for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers
4. Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
5. Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
6. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects and issues
7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of our applications

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech-CS/IT) or a Masterss degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent qualification

2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

3. Minimum 2-4 years of experience with React.js and its core principles

4. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms

6. Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits
