Senior Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand clients' requirements
2. Manage the recruitment life cycle across different functions, skills, levels, experience, qualifications, locations, and industries
3. Screen, shortlist, and evaluate profiles from various sources such as portals, databases, networking, references, and headhunting
4. Handle assignments ranging from executive level to senior level
5. Prepare mapping sheets for assignments to present the current situation and find alternatives to problems
6. Negotiate compensation with selected candidates
7. Ensure candidates join on time by maintaining constant follow-up
8. Ensure employee satisfaction during the initial days of joining and follow up for at least three months to ensure a smooth transition
9. Meet targets defined for each individual
10. Develop strategies to meet and exceed set targets, with the intent to achieve or earn incentives
