You ll be responsible for all aspects of SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical optimization, along content strategy. You must be data-driven, skilled at tracking and reporting SEO metrics, and have a strong understanding of CRO. Key responsibilities:
1. Perform comprehensive keyword research to pinpoint key terms and phrases aligned with our business and industry
2. Evaluate and choose top-performing keywords for enhancing content and boosting search engine rankings
3. Ensure proper implementation of on-page/off-page SEO along with the best practices being followed in the industry
4. Conduct technical SEO audits of different sections of the website to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance
5. Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations, including site speed improvements, mobile optimization, schema markup & many more
6. Optimize content for both users and search engines, ensuring it meets quality and relevance standards
7. Identify opportunities for building high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content collaboration
8. Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the website s authority and trustworthiness
9. Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software followed by providing regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Should have an interest in new learning & initiatives
3. Have experience with SEO industry tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Google Adwords, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Site Speed Insights, etc
4. Analytical and Process oriented, with DataDriven Approach
5. Ability to handle a team of 36 people
6. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
7. Should be very comfortable with MS Office & Advance Excel
8. Proactiveness, ownership, and accountability for the SEO campaigns & team members are a must
9. A critical thinker, and problem-solving person with organizational skills
10. Good time management & multitasking skills
11. Should understand the financial ecosystem of the SEO process to drive more business growth and success for the organization
12. Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices in SEO & proactively implement new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of the competition
