1. Write clean, performance-friendly code and perform unit testing
2. Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web-based applications and web services under the direction of the team lead
3. Work efficiently and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address daily technical queries and issues
5. Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of client issues
6. Provide technical support and solutions to clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns effectively
7. Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction with timely and accurate responses
8. Translate functional/business needs into technical requirements
9. Document and track client issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements:
1. Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships
2. Have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in PHP/.NET
3. Be flexible to work in different technology stacks
4. Experience in Laravel is an added advantage
5. Possess good knowledge of REST APIs and DBMS
6. Have a good understanding of SQL and be comfortable writing complex SQL queries
7. Be proficient in HTML, Bootstrap, JS, and jQuery
8. Knowledge of Tailwind is an added advantage
9. Have the ability to translate client issues into actionable solutions and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
