Senior Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls from potential clients, listen to their inquiries, and provide accurate information about our wedding photography services and packages
2. Engage potential clients in a warm and friendly manner, building rapport, and understanding their specific photography needs
3. Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our wedding photographers or for phone consultations
4. Initiate follow-up calls with clients who have expressed interest but have not yet committed to our services, to provide additional information and address any concerns
5. Maintain and update client databases, recording all relevant communication and ensuring accurate contact information
6. Work closely with the sales and photography teams to relay client information, appointment details, and any special requirements
7. Explain the wedding photography packages, pricing, and additional services we offer
8. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution
9. Identify opportunities to upsell additional photography services or products to clients, based on their preferences and needs
10. Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times
