Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
3. Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
5. Build relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty
6. Resolve customer complaints and concerns
7. Update customer records and database
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
10. Creating and sending quotations and bills to clients
