1) Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
2) Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner.
3) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5) Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
6) Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is preferred.
7) Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
8) High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
9) Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
