We are looking for a dynamic and experienced senior telecaller to join our team at Which Floor Realty Private Limited. As a Senior Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our real estate services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Maintaining a database of all calls made and ensuring accurate record-keeping in MS-Excel.
3. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns effectively.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
5. Utilizing MS-Office to create reports and presentations for management review.
6. Demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi to effectively communicate with clients.
7. Meeting monthly targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
