Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing and moderating online communities, including social media groups and forums
2. Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
3. Assist in developing and implementing community engagement strategies
4. Create and curate content to share with the community
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community goals with organizational objectives
6. Assist in analyzing community metrics and providing insights
Requirements:
