This role is ideal for individuals with some experience in social media management and content creation. The candidate will primarily be responsible for ideating, creating, scheduling, managing, and analyzing content across various social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create a fresh content strategy to drive brand awareness and increase engagement
2. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our partner school's overall marketing goals
3. Promote a consistent brand identity, deliver useful content, and establish thought leadership
4. Develop a comprehensive content calendar, develop content topic strategies, and launch new campaigns
5. Collaborate with the marketing team, and ensure that social media strategies are integrated with wider marketing campaigns
6. Craft compelling content tailored for each social media platform to engage audiences and promote the brand
7. Develop an understanding of the school's brand voice to ensure content resonates with the intended audience
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adapt content accordingly to keep the brand relevant
9. Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing media
10. Apply basic SEO principles to social media posts to enhance their visibility and reach
11. Use hashtags effectively and optimize post timings for maximum engagement
12. Schedule and post content across multiple social platforms
13. Ensure smooth content delivery across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
14. Participate in relevant social conversations around the brand, competitors, and industry
15. Monitor social media channels for user engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly
16. Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and organic content
17. Analyze metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach
18. Provide insights and recommendations for content improvements based on performance data
19. Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies to improve/drive future content creation/distribution
