Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement for the personal brand of Indra Dhar
2. Manage daily posts and content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and branding
3. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including budget management, to increase viewership and engagement
4. Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, using insights to refine strategies and tactics
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies
6. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and compelling content for social media
7. Engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages, fostering a community around our brand
8. Work on market research for the creation of upcoming courses to be launched
