Social Media Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic across all platforms
2. Designing, creating, and managing promotions and social ad campaigns, ensuring their alignment with our overall marketing strategy
3. Assisting in implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking
4. Utilizing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
5. Generating reports and insights to optimize digital marketing strategies

Requirements:

1. Overall 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in social media management
2. Strong grasp of Social Media Marketing & SEO principles and best practices
3. Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to campaigns
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
5. Basic understanding of analytics tools to interpret campaign performance
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Confidence to handle projects independently or with minimal supervision
9. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
10. Willingness to learn, explore, and incorporate feedback
