Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop highly scalable, available, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems with minimal guidance for one of the world's fastest-growing companies.
2. Write code that is clear, concise, performant, tested, and easily understood by others.
3. Actively participate within the team in discussions, agile development, monitoring, and uptime of the systems.
4. Build and manage automated build/test/deployment environments
5. Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes
6. Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across cross-functional teams in a global environment
7. Work cross-functionally with product, design, backend, and other teams across regions and independently ship world-class products and features with minimal guidance

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Immediate joiners Or can join in < 10 days

2. You must be highly proficient in Golang (3 years), Redis (any cache), Kafka (preferred or similar tech), Postgresql (preferable or any database)

3. In-depth knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks

4. Ability to understand and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

5. Well-versed in Agile methodologies, Test Engineering, and Automation

6. Proficient in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis

7. Excellent understanding of interactive application development paradigm, memory

management, performance/resource optimizations, database interactions, network

programming, concurrency and multithreading, fault tolerance, monitoring, security

and operability of systems

8. Ability to estimate and execute releases with a good degree of predictability

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 20,00,000 /year
