Key responsibilities:

1. Proficiency in CRM software
2. Gather customer feedback and report to the management for service improvement
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
4. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system
5. Develop and implement effective telecasting strategies
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads

Other requirements

Salary

Probation:
