About the Role:
As the 'Training and Placement' at Andheri, Mumbai, you will be responsible for collaborating with students, recruiters, and internal teams to monitor student progress, assist with career development, and align students with suitable job opportunities. This role is critical in enhancing student employability and ensuring the smooth execution of placement activities, events, and initiatives that connect students with the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student progress monitoring:
- Monitor and assess the academic and career progress of students.
- Provide regular feedback to students to enhance their employability.
2. Career development assistance:
- Assist students in building their resumes, preparing for interviews, and strategizing their job search.
- Offer guidance to help students achieve their career aspirations and secure employment.
3. Job role alignment:
- Work with students to identify their strengths and interests.
- Match students with suitable job roles and employment opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.
4. Collaboration & events management:
- Collaborate efficiently with students, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of placement activities and events.
- Organize events such as workshops, masterclasses, placement drives, and networking sessions that engage industry leaders and provide hiring prospects for students.
5. Additional duties:
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
Reports to: Director of Placements
Work Mode: 100% work from office
