Sub-Merchant Onboarding Coordinator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with existing clients to support the onboarding of their sub-merchants onto our platform
2. Guide sub-merchants through the KYC document submission process, ensuring accurate collection and verification of all necessary documentation
3. Coordinate with the payment gateway provider to enable seamless activation of sub-merchants post-KYC verification
4. Ensure all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards for onboarding
5. Identify and implement improvements in the onboarding process to increase efficiency and client satisfaction
6. Maintain detailed records of the onboarding process and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients as needed

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in client onboarding, KYC, or related areas within the fintech, banking, or payments industries
2. Solid understanding of KYC regulations, documentation requirements, and compliance standards
3. Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
4. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve onboarding-related issues
5. Familiarity with digital onboarding tools, CRM systems, and project management tools
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to cross-departmental work
