Key responsibilities:

1. Verify vendors, collect necessary documents, and place orders
2. Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to understand customer requirements; develop and maintain production schedules for timely order fulfillment; monitor and track order progress, resolving issues impacting delivery timelines
3. Establish and enforce quality standards for sourced materials and finished products; conduct supplier audits to ensure quality compliance; collaborate with the quality control team to address any quality deviations
4. Optimize costs through negotiation, bulk purchasing, and supplier relationship management; analyze cost variances and propose cost-saving initiatives
5. Act as a liaison between suppliers, production teams, and customers to facilitate smooth order execution; communicate material availability, production status, and delivery timelines with internal teams
6. Ensure timely payment releases to sellers
7. Maintain and evolve seller relationships to enhance collaboration
8. Gather buyer and seller feedback to improve execution processes
9. Update milestones on the tracking app for easy buyer access
10. Develop foresight to anticipate order issues and minimize the probability of order disruptions
11. Conduct supplier visits to ensure timely order execution while applying pressure for on-time delivery
12. Coordinate logistics within the customer success team for efficient execution
13. Minimize seller-side execution delays, aiming for zero delays
