About the job

The Telesales Executive drives sales through telephone interactions with potential and existing customers. This role involves creating a potential customer database, promoting products or services through telecalling, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent English-speaking communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong sales track record.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers. Introduce products and services to customers. Explain product features and benefits clearly and compellingly.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3. Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor personal sales performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
5. Tele Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Create and manage data using various tools and sources.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales processes.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree

2. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills

3. Ability to handle objections and close sales

4. Proficient in using G Suite and CRM software

5. Ability to create and manage data using different tools and sources

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. High level of motivation and a results-driven approach

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,20,000 /year
