Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential donors and supporters
2. Providing information about our organization and the work we do
3. Building relationships with donors and maintaining a database of contacts
4. Handling inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions
5. Updating and maintaining records in MS Excel
6. Meeting set targets for calls made and donations secured
7. Collaborating with team members to strategize and improve outreach efforts
