About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in lead generation/ qualification activities to identify potential customers and prospects.
2. Initiate contact with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to present our products/services.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Work towards achieving sales targets to contribute to overall company goals.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
