Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
2. Engaging with customers to identify their needs and offer solutions.
3. Providing information about products or services, answer questions, and address concerns.
4. Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
5. Meeting daily or weekly call quotas and achieve sales targets.

Other requirements

1. Agents would be required to call customers and sell Postpaid Plans to customers in UAE.

4. Fluent in Hindi/Urdu with some knowledge of English.
