As a Telecaller at ANSH 3D, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for engaging with potential clients and promoting our innovative 3D printing solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word to efficiently manage client data and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for sales team
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in MS-Excel
3. Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to provide information and answer queries
4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and efficient lead management
5. Update client databases and generate reports using MS-Word and MS Excel
6. Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention
7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
