We are looking for an energetic and motivated telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, and setting up meetings with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database and inbound leads.
2. Explain the features and benefits of real estate properties to prospective clients.
3. Identify clients' needs and provide suitable real estate solutions.
4. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into potential sales.
5. Schedule property site visits and coordinate with sales agents for client meetings.
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients for future sales.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
8. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
9. Handle queries and provide property-related information over the phone.
10. Assist in the negotiation process and ensure smooth closure of sales deals.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language + English].
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
5. Basic understanding of the real estate market and property trends.
6. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
8. High level of motivation, ambition, and a positive attitude.
9. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
10. Prior experience in real estate sales or telecalling (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
