Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
2. Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the benefits of our digital marketing services
3. Build and maintain a strong rapport with leads to foster a positive customer experience
4. Provide accurate information about our products and services
5. Document and update lead interactions in the CRM system
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
7. Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion
