We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic tele caller to join our real estate team in Kharar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our real estate properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Outbound calls:
a. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate properties.
b. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
2. Inbound calls:
a. Handle inbound inquiries regarding property details, prices, and availability.
b. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to potential buyers.
3. Customer relationship management:
a. Maintain and update customer databases with details of interactions and follow-ups.
b. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
4. Sales support:
a. Assist the sales team by setting appointments with potential clients.
b. Provide administrative support, including preparing sales materials and reports.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mohali and neighboring cities
