As a telecaller at Meridian Stays Private Limited, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our hospitality services and generate leads. You will be working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and make outbound calls to potential customers
2. Promote our hospitality services and generate leads
3. Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving any complaints
4. Maintain and update customer databases
5. Working closely with sales team to achieve sales targets
6. Prepare and submit reports
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. High school/diploma/graduate or equivalent
2. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
5. Ability to learn about our hospitality services and describe/explain them to potential customers
6. Positive and resilient attitude
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
