As a 'Telecaller' at Rudralife, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients and provide them with exceptional customer service. Your proficiency in spoken English and Hindi, as well as written English, will be instrumental in effectively communicating with clients. Your knowledge of MS Excel will help you maintain accurate records and track client interactions.
