About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing landowners.
2. Follow up with plot owners to confirm their interests in government infrastructure projects and address any questions or concerns.
3. Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
4. Generate leads through cold calling and networking activities.
5. Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

5. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

9. Familiarity with the real estate market is a plus.
