1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role.

3. Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
4. Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
5. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
8. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
9. Familiarity with the real estate market is a plus.
