The telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, addressing inquiries, and securing sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
2. Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries about products, services, or accounts.
3. Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by highlighting their benefits.
4. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
5. Gather customer feedback and report to the management for service improvement.
6. Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
7. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
4. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
5. A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
