About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
2. Answer inbound calls from customers and handle their inquiries or concerns
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
4. Provide detailed information about credit card sales to customers
5. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
8. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and performance

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

2. 0-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a financial services or retail environment

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and strong negotiation and persuasion skills

5. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹14,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
