With excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a knack for sales persuasion, you'll nurture leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the careers of tomorrow.
Key responsibilities:
1. Place outbound calls to potential customers or identify potential customers from cold calls, introducing them to Regent Educonnect Services, and inviting them to visit our offline centers or a Virtual call for a personalized consultation
2. Engage with potential candidates in a courteous and professional manner, providing information about Regent Educonnect Services by building rapport to encourage walk-ins to our offline centers
3. Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our offline centers
4. Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer any additional questions, and encourage prospective candidates to take the next step in their overseas education journey
5. Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
6. Make 150+ calls in a day, with a focus on quality and maintaining the brand image
