1. Assist the sales manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers and partners.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
4. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
5. Manage a team of sales-driven enthusiasts and guide them to achieve business targets.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver exceptional customer experience.
7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and promote our products.
