UI/UX Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges, including mobile, desktop, hardware interfaces, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions.
2. Lead the design for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences.
3. Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user.
4. Understand product specifications and user psychology and predict what might work for both.
5. Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages, and banners.
6. Plan and define the strategy for the direction of future iterations.
7. Build prototypes and wireframes to visualize the design and layout of a product before full-scale development.
8. Iterate on multiple interactive design solutions quickly and work through details.
9. Present designs and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
10. Undertake research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and demographics.
