Product: QApilot is an AI-augmented mobile application test automation product. AI-augmented software testing is evolving at a rapid pace.
Key Responsibilities:
Solve complex design problems by creating high-quality solutions using words, sketches, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user research.
Contribute to and maintain our design system, from foundational components to full-page layouts and architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing, customer success, and sales, to deliver user-centered design solutions.
Assist in creating marketing collateral, including website pages and product launch materials, demos while ensuring consistency with our core brand and design guidelines.
Participate in research methods, such as user testing and interviews, to gather customer insights and inform design decisions.
Influence design operations and processes within the organization, providing input on design workflows, tools, and best practices.
Support the creation of a positive, collaborative, and innovative design culture within a growing team.
Qualifications:
Expert proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with UI/UX design, especially for productivity software.
Experience with HTML and CSS, and a strong understanding of web development practices.
Strong writing skills for documentation, user flows, and design specifications.
Strong animation skills for adding micro-interactions and enhancing the user experience.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing, including user interviews and surveys.
Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
A passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
