We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a 'UI/UX Developer', you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for our applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to turn creative ideas into functional web or mobile interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop user interfaces by translating design wireframes and prototypes created in Figma into functional, responsive, and visually appealing web applications.
2. Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user flows and ensure an intuitive, user-centered design for web applications.
3. Collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of design with technical requirements.
4. Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and are optimized for performance across different browsers and devices.
5. Continuously improve the UI/UX of web applications based on user feedback, data, and emerging design trends, leveraging Figma for rapid prototyping and iteration.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Graduates only.
2. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
3. Familiarity with back-end technologies or understanding of API integration.
4. Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to UI/UX design.
5. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
6. Strong portfolio & expertise with design tools such as Figma, Midjourney, Lumilabs, etc.
