Dreams International is a forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience. We are passionate about design and user-centric development, and we're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
4. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
6. Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and team discussions.
7. Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.

Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)
Shift: Day-Time. [10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday]

-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
