Dreams International is dedicated to delivering innovative and user-centric digital solutions that captivate and engage. We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team in Swargate, Pune. This full-time position offers the chance to work on exciting projects, enhance your design skills, and contribute to creating exceptional user experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2. Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors
3. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate design ideas and user flows.
4. Design and implement responsive layouts and interactive elements that ensure a seamless user experience across devices and platforms.
5. Use design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
6. Apply best practices in UX/UI design to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
7. Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and performance metrics.
8. Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outputs.

Company: Dreams International
Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Shift: Day-Time. [10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday]

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

Requirements:

-Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

-Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks.

-Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

-Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

-Experience with UX research methodologies and usability testing.

-Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

-Knowledge of front-end frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular) is advantageous.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
