Konnifel is seeking a talented and versatile 'UI/UX Designer' who excels in graphic design and video editing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively communicate ideas through various mediums and contribute to enhancing our brand's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
- Collaborate with Mobile, software developers, and senior management to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
- Create user personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ensure the design is consistent with Konnifel s brand guidelines and enhances the overall user experience.
- Conduct usability testing of the website and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, booklet, brochures, and Blogs.
- Develop branding materials and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional posts and campaigns.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including UI/UX designs, graphic design work, and video editing samples.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with research methods and tools.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 /year
