We seek an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams with developers, UX designers, and copywriters. You can make deliberate design decisions based on the data collected and translate any user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. You must be a great team player and have experience working with agile teams. Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and UX designers.
2. Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
3. Implement strong visual styling to build a brand on visuals (product images, promotional banners, emailers, and landing pages)
4. Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap and your design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, visual weight, etc.) backed by the data collected in analytics and heatmaps.
5. Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.
6. Make design alterations to improve user interaction and ease user experience.
Requirements:
1. Three or more years of experience (graphic designing included).
2. Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
3. Deep expertise using tools such as Figma, and Protopie.
4. Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript is an add-on.
5. Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
6. Experience working in an agile product process.
7. Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
