1. Must know how to do Responsive UI Design based on user experience in mind.
2. Ability to understand user psychology, attention to detail, and research-oriented.
3. Communication Design, Graphic design is required for better user experience and communication.
4. Strong skills in Photoshop, and Illustrator and Must know Figma.
5. Good to have: Some motion design or editing know-how.
6. Understanding how websites and mobile apps work, basic HTML and CSS will be a big plus.
7. Must have good English communication skills.
