4. Content planning: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop ideas and strategies for video content that align with brand goals.
5. Storyboarding & Scripting: Create storyboards, scripts, and shot lists to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
6. Motion graphics & effects: Add motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality and engagement.
7. Trend analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform changes to keep content fresh and engaging.
8. Brand consistency: Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
9. Performance tracking: Monitor video performance metrics (views, engagement) and provide insights for improvement.
10. Content management: Organize and manage video assets, raw footage, and completed content for easy access and future use.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a video editor, VFX designer, and motion graphics designer or similar role.
2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and VFX tools (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender).
3. Strong understanding of VFX, animation principles, visual storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques.
4. Experience with raw video footage, from organizing to editing and post-production.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific video requirements.
6. Expertise in motion graphics design, including typography, transitions, and special effects.
7. Ability to produce visuals that align with brand identity and objectives.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and post-production workflow.
