Visualization & Display Design Coordinator Job

We are looking for a 'Visualization & Display Design Coordinator' to oversee our visualization team and ensure the smooth execution of tasks and projects related to our in-store display panels. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage tasks, source data from databases, and contribute to the creative design of display panels. While hands-on visualization skills are not required, the role demands strong organizational, design, and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate the visualization team, providing regular updates and assigning tasks.
2. Source and analyze data from databases to support the visualization and design process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create display panels for the store.
4. Ensure timelines and project goals are met, maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
5. Offer creative input on design elements for in-store displays and visual merchandising.
6. Communicate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and expectations are clear.
7. Track and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues or delays.

Skills and qualifications:

1. 1-4 years of experience in a design coordination role.
2. Strong design sense and proficiency in using Figma to develop design concepts.
3. Strong organizational and task management skills.
4. Basic understanding of database sourcing and data analysis.
5. Proficiency in design concepts and visual merchandising.
6. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
7. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
