Key responsibilities:

1. Lead website development and maintenance for the organization
2. Develop websites based on organizational needs
3. Integrate content management systems for easy updates as required
4. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and site optimization
5. Implement security measures to protect websites
6. Conduct testing and debugging for functionality
7. Collaborate with team members for seamless development

10. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website security and compliance with regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
3. Strong understanding of SEO and web analytics tools
4. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same field
5. Experience in a similar position with a reputed NGO will be desirable
6. Bike, smartphone, and willingness to travel to project locations
