2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
4. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
5. Experience with RESTful APIs and using them in applications
6. Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
7. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
8. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
9. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
10. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
11. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
12. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
13. A knack for benchmarking and optimization
14. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git/MVN etc.
