What is Nesternship?
Nesternship, Nestlé's flagship Internship Programme was designed to reimagine our commitment to upskill the youth towards self-reliance, growth and employability. The Nesternship programme was established to engage the youth in meaningful work while providing exposure to the ways of working in the FMCG sector. Under the programme, university students participate in a 10-week immersive learning experience in a real-world setting. Students navigate a specific business project under the direction and supervision of an experienced leader within a function, acquiring essential knowledge in understanding the operations of the company and the dynamism of business.

  • You learn: Selected candidates work on projects with assigned mentors who are specialists in their domain.

Nestlé will be sending you the assessment link on IS chat on a  daily basis and you will be receiving an email every 3 days from Internshala with the assessment link.

Once received you will have 72 hours to complete the assessment and get the chance to Intern with Nestlé!

This campaign brings you to this year’s much awaited ‘Nesternship’ 2023. Nesternship is an internship program launched by Nestle to provide internships to students across various profiles and make the youth of our country future-ready. 

Students from all across the country from various backgrounds can apply for the internship profile of their choice.

These internships will be in profiles like marketing, e-commerce, nutrition, sales, finance, supply chain, technical & production, legal, human resources, corporate affairs, sustainability and Nestlé business affairs.

Yes, there is no prior work experience required for these internships. Go ahead and apply now!
Yes, these internships come with a guaranteed stipend of INR 10,000 (in form of Amazon vouchers) and an internship experience certificate from Nestle.
These internships will start in the month of September and their duration will be 10 weeks in total.
