About Sukhmani Bhatia

At Seek with Sukhmani, we're on a mission to transform mental health perceptions. Guided by Sukhmani (she/her), our practice is a movement toward prioritizing mental well-being and erasing stigma. With a Master of Arts (MA) in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, Sukhmani is dedicated to breaking down barriers to mental health access. As an anti-capitalist, feminist, and queer-affirmative entity, we offer inclusive and culturally sensitive care, rooted in empathy and ethical standards. Our approach embraces intersectionality, addressing the complexities of gender, caste, and class dynamics. Serving individuals aged 18 to 60, we support diverse challenges, from anxiety to career transitions, with an eclectic mix of therapeutic methods. Our goal at Seek with Sukhmani is to empower individuals on their journey to fulfillment.
