Our new venture 'Glad Connect', under the umbrella of 'The Rough Edge', aims to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers in the e-commerce industry. The current e-commerce market in India is a novice and still has a gigantic portion unexplored. Apart from selling, there is another element to e-commerce, that is after sales & customer support, which is hardly looked at.
